X-COTE CERAMIC COATING 250ml

DO NOT DILUTE THIS PRODUCT – This product is a ready to use formula.
This product can only be used with a ceramic sponge/microfibre applicator and good quality Microfiber Towels (i.e. 300 gsm and above). We recommend our DURATECH microfiber towels/ sponge applicators as the preferred utensil.
Step 1: Thoroughly clean and prepare the automotive painted surface by washing and also working in a closed dust/dirt free area/space.
Step 2: Correct painted surface by using Bar and/or machine polish process removing blemishes/scratches.
Step 3: Clean all painted surfaces with isopropyl chemical to ensure all detergents, polishes, dust and dirt is removed before treatment.
Step 4: Clean each painted panel with isopropyl before applying X-COTE to ensure clean surface. ensure surface is dry before applying X-COTE.
Step 5: Use clean dust and dirt free sponge or microfibre applicator to apply X-COTE formula to the painted surface.
Step 6: Dispense 30ml to 50ml into a small clean bottle with dropper dispensing head attached .
Step 7: Use Dropper dispensing bottle and dispense 4 to 6 single drops onto the applicator and apply to painted surface using left too right and thereafter top to bottom applying action wiping per 50cm x 50cm panel. Repeat till full panel is covered. Allow to dry for 1 min.
Step 8: Wipe dry with clean dust and dirt free folded Duratech Ultra Microfibre towel.
IMPORTANT – work panel by panel and ensure you follow steps listed above.
Always clean and test a small inconspicuous area of a cleaned surface first before continuing to apply to larger/other surfaces. Apply a first coat to the surface and allow to dry. Another coat can be applied for the appropriate result.

Use of the appropriate PPE and/or safety eyewear and gloves is recommended – consult your safety officer.
Can be irritating to eyes and skin. Flush with running water for at least 15 minutes. Seek medical attention immediately
Exposure to Skin – wash affected area with soap and rinse thoroughly with clean water. Remove contaminated clothing and launder before re-use.
Ingestion – Do not induce vomiting. Dilute by drinking water and seek immediate medical attention.
Inhalation/Ingested, remove victim and seek immediate medical attention

Only trained individuals may handle and/or use this product

For Best Results: Use Durawash first to correctly and thoroughly clean the painted surface that is intended to be treated. Then use Claybar or machine polish the painted surface to correct blemishes and or scratches. Clean surface again with isopropyl thoroughly before applying X-COTE sealant. Use a clean sponge applicator to apply X-COTE

Use on Cars, Trucks, Boats, Jet Ski, Motor Homes. On all exterior automotive painted surfaces only.

Storage: Keep in cool dry place away from direct sunlight
Fire: Non-Flammable. But keep drums in cool dry area in event of fire
